Baby Blue from Hip-Hop/R&B group, Pretty Ricky, is reportedly in critical condition after been shot in South Florida.
The alleged shooting took place Monday night at SpareZ Bowling Alley in Davie, Florida, where Baby Blue was hosting a single release party for his new track, “Jerry Rice.”
According to the Davie Police Department, around midnight on Monday, two victims were in the parking lot of SPAREZ, next to their vehicles when two unknown armed male suspects approached. A physical altercation ensued over the attempted robbery of a gold chain necklace which resulted in the suspect firearm discharging, striking Baby Blue in the left shoulder area.
Baby Blue was transported to a local area hospital, and remains in critical condition. Suspects fled the scene prior to police arrival.
Davie Police Department urges anyone with information on the incident to contact them.
