The Baller Alert Show, featuring your lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns, with Ferrari Simmons and Su Solo, kicked off its 37th episode with a recap of the hottest topics and current events from the previous week.
In case you missed it, Brooklyn’s own Casanova sat down with Burns and Simmons to discuss everything from his forthcoming projects to his beef with the controversial, rainbow-haired rapper, 6ix9ine.
To start, Burns paid homage to one of the best rappers of all time, Jay-Z, and the 2001 release of his classic album, “The Blueprint,” which featured songs like, “Song Cry,” “Girls, Girls, Girls,” and the controversial diss record, the “Takeover.”
As the three continued, three discussed hip-hop beefs, from Casanova’s own to the recent New York Fashion Week scuffle between Nicki Minaj and Cardi B.
“I don’t really get into female stuff, but I feel like, they both rich,” Casanova said, as he compared it to his own issue with 6ix9ine. “You don’t want to give these people no ammunition.”
From there, the “Don’t Run” rapper talked about social media, trolls and fake love, especially after untimely deaths.
As the episode continued, Simmons jumped into this week’s Baller Mail and Question of the day, “Who comes first in a man’s life, the wife, his mom, baby mama or his daughter?”
Immediately, Casanova answered, “my daughter,” while Burns said, “my children,” as Casanova elaborated.
“I think that should be an easy answer for everybody because this is what you doing it for. And this is what your mother did it for,” Casanova said. What are your thoughts?
To end the episode, Casanova shared a few words of wisdom, saying, “Make no rap friends, everything is business. Don’t take nothing personal. Just believe in yourself!”
