New Music Friday signals the end of a stressful and jam-packed work week and thankfully to many of the artists we love, we have the right tunes to usher us into the weekend.
Friday marks the return of one of our favorite collaborative duos, Cardi B and Pardison Fontaine. Following their 2018 hit, “Backin It Up,” the pair have returned with “Toot It Up.” Sonically serving as a part two of sorts, “Toot It Up” wouldn’t be complete without a video, which finds the longtime friends reunited as they deliver their latest club banger.
Elsewhere, 2 Chainz, Larry June, and The Alchemist unveiled their joint album, “Life Is Beautiful.” The 11-track project is a short listen, at only 36 minutes. And for hip-hop buffs everywhere, these three heavy hitters utilized every second of this lyrical mastery in their highly anticipated release.
Tyga also unveiled a new album, “NSFW,” another project that’s been in the works for quite some time. The 17-song delivery includes features from Cher, Big Sean, Flo Milli, Ty Dolla Sign, and even Lil Wayne on the previously released single, “Pop It Off. Known for his commercially successful bops, “NSFW” is another party-packed tracklist perfect for the weekend.
Other artists that set the tone this Friday are R&B crooner, Pharaoh SKJ, as well as Key Glock, LiAngelo Ball, EST Gee, and more.
