Things just got real. After weeks of drama, Big Meech has finally spoken out, addressing 50 Cent’s claims that he’s a rat.
This all started because Meech was spotted hanging with Rick Ross, someone 50 has a long-standing beef with. Now it looks like we might have lost BMF over it, with 50 even threatening to fire Lil Meech from the show.
Meech, who has stayed quiet until now, made it clear he wasn’t going to let anyone play with his name.
“I wasn’t gonna address this,” he said. ”‘Cause I’m not trying to let nobody trick me off the streets.” But he did shut down the snitching accusations. “I never folded, I never told,” he stated. “Never will. Death before dishonor. Always, with me.” He wrapped up his message by promoting his upcoming Welcome Home concert, saying, “I’m doing this for my loved ones and the support of my friends and family.”
If you thought 50 was gonna let that slide, you don’t know 50. He doubled down with three separate posts, making it clear he’s standing on his claims.
First, 50 shared a recording with Big Cuff (Dionne “Cuffy” Gatling), a former Meech associate. In the clip, they discussed how Tammy Cowins allegedly cooperated with authorities, which led to drug convictions, and how Meech might have known about it.
In the next video, he responded to Meech’s video directly, saying in the background, “You told Tammy to tell, b*tch.” He also threw shade at Meech’s upcoming concert, claiming no one was actually showing up.
“Y’all gon be disappointed when Lil Baby don’t show up. When Skillz don’t show up. When Vezzo don’t show up. And all these motherf*ckers don’t show up.”
Then he pointed out that Meech is on house arrest and can’t even attend. “He can’t even go. He’s on house arrest.”
In his caption, 50 trolled even harder: “He can’t go out after 6pm but don’t take my word for it. Go head, knock yourself out!”
Then came the third post, where 50 mocked Meech, claiming he was reading from a script in his response video. He posted a meme saying, “How the person who control Meech page be.”
We all know 50 isn’t one to back down, so it’s safe to say this isn’t over.
As for Meech’s Welcome Home concert, it’s set for Thursday, February 13, in Florida, with a heavy lineup including Lil Baby, 21 Savage, Sexyy Red, Moneybagg Yo, 42 Dugg, Kodak Black, EST Gee, Tee Grizzley, Boosie, and more.
But if 50 is right, this show might not go as planned. Guess we’ll find out soon enough.
