As Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian near a custody and child support agreement, the Department of Children and Family Services have stepped in to make sure their baby, Dream, is safe.
If you recall, the agency opened a case over Kardashian’s claims of Chyna’s drug use. Though time has passed, the case remains open in L.A. County Dependency Court. However, even with the recent drama, the former couple seem to be in agreement over the division of physical custody, as each will be okay with the other receiving ample physical custody.
According to TMZ, Rob believes Chyna is fit to care for Dream, despite his previous claims against her. His sisters, on the other hand, are not too sure. Good thing is, their concerns will not be discussed. Instead, the judge that presides over their open case in Dependency Court will sign off the custody agreement.
As for child support, things still need to be hashed out, including the amount. But, TMZ reports that the two are close to an agreement.
