Boosie Badazz is a legend in the rap game. The Baton Rouge rapper is not only an OG, but he has also paved the way for all those aspiring to make it out the streets and make something of themselves.
Most recently, he received much backlash for his comments surrounding Dwyane Wade‘s daughter, calling the NBA player out about fatherhood and allowing his daughter to transition.
The “Nasty Nasty” rapper sat down with Baller Alert for our latest episode of Sesh w/ Shirley.
Speaking on the recent situation regarding Dwyane Wade’s daughter, Boosie explained, “That’s just how I felt. People understand it’s how I feel. Even my mama got on my ass yesterday. My mama called me early in the morning and got on my ass: ‘stay off social media! That’s their family. You stay out people’s business…’ I was just speaking how I felt. Everybody got their own opinions in life. Everyone feels a certain type of way about certain things. When the kids involved, it’s tender to my heart.”
Boosie also revealed how he wanted Megan Thee Stallion on his strip club banger “Nasty Nasty,” before eventually tapping Mulatto for a fire verse. Elsewhere, he opened up about a forthcoming biopic, and much more.
