Houston legend, Bun B, will open his first restaurant in August. Trill Burgers will debut as a pop-up at Sticky’s Chicken in Houston, Texas.
“For years I’ve been fascinated with the culinary scene, trying to find the best entry point for me,” the rapper said in an Instagram post. “Today I can say I’ve found it.”
Trill Burger uses the Smashburger concept and will feature west coast inspired thin, crispy-edged burgers.
Bun B partnered with Andy Nguyen, Patsy Vivares, and Benson Vivares to bring his burger vision to life.
The date of the launch has not been announced. For updates on the pop-up restaurant, follow @trillburgers on Instagram.

I am glad that Bun B is following his passion for food and expanding his business ventures. Many other rappers should branch out into other industries, diversify their business interests and spread their money around.
