Cardi B is taking her butt down a notch.

The Bronx rapper says she plans to undergo another butt reduction once her Little Miss Drama Tour comes to an end. Speaking backstage at the Kia Forum on February 17 after hitting the stage with Kehlani, she made it clear what her surgery path was.
“After this tour, I’m taking some out,” she said. “I don’t want to hear nobody for three months. I’m going to Colombia. Nobody hit me up. I’m taking this a** out.”
This will not be her first time addressing the issue. In September 2024, Cardi shared on Instagram Live that she had removed about 95 percent of her illegal biopolymer butt injections. She explained that removal takes multiple rounds and said she also had surgery to correct fibrosis.
Cardi has always been transparent about her cosmetic procedures. She previously revealed she got illegal injections in a basement for $800 back in 2014. Since then, she has also spoken openly about liposuction, breast augmentations, a rhinoplasty, and veneers.
On the “Call Her Daddy” podcast last year, she admitted reducing her butt further would require major surgery and months of bed rest. At the time, she said she had learned to live with her body as it is.
Still, Cardi moves on her own timing.
She is a mom of four and one of the biggest performers in the game, and she continues to own her choices out loud. Love it or question it, she is not hiding the journey.
