Cassie’s courtroom testimony in the ongoing legal battle involving Sean “Diddy” Combs is sending shockwaves through both the courtroom and the internet. The singer and former girlfriend of the Bad Boy mogul gave a detailed and disturbing account of the physical toll that her relationship with Diddy took on her, including what she endured after the now-infamous “freak offs.”
Testifying under oath, Cassie said she regularly turned to opiates after these sex-fueled nights, describing a routine of emotional numbing, massages, and even being treated with IV fluids to recover. According to her, these intense sessions would often leave her physically drained and in need of medical care, with Diddy’s personal chef even preparing meals afterward.
“I’d take opiates. I wanted to feel numb,” Cassie testified. “We’d get massages, I.V. fluids. The chef would cook us something.”
But it didn’t stop there. She revealed that she frequently developed urinary tract infections from the encounters and admitted to using opiates “often” to manage the pain and emotional fallout.
When asked by the Assistant U.S. Attorney (AUSA) about the UTIs, Cassie responded, “Very. Anti-bacterials didn’t work anymore.” She also detailed the pain during these sessions, saying, “Burning. I would not advise it.”
As the courtroom absorbed her testimony, things took an even more personal turn. Cassie mentioned painful sores on her tongue due to “friction in my mouth” caused by oral sex. She told the court, “I have all these sores on my tongue. I have another UTI.”
The testimony laid bare the graphic and deeply troubling physical symptoms Cassie says she suffered through during her time with Diddy. “I was open with him about them,” she added, referencing the infections. At one point, when asked by the prosecutor if she felt sick, she recalled replying, “Why are you sorry? I took the blame for things.”
With Cassie playing a central role as both a witness and accuser. While her lawsuit against Diddy was settled in late 2023, the feds appear to be building a much larger case—one that now includes testimony about everything from drug use to sexual trauma.
Diddy has continued to deny all allegations against him.
