The Cheesecake Factory is keeping its reputation for endless options alive with the launch of 14 brand-new dishes under its Bites & Bowls lineup. The chain, already famous for its 250-plus menu items, continues to find ways to surprise its loyal guests while drawing in new ones.
Founder David Overton has long explained the strategy behind the menu expansions. In a 2017 conversation with Nation’s Restaurant News, he said the brand changes its offerings twice a year to “keep people interested,” a tradition the restaurant has followed for more than four decades.
A spokesperson for the company described the new additions as serving up “bold flavors, generous portions and approachable prices” in classic Cheesecake Factory style. While the “bite-sized beginnings” are designed for sharing, the portions are hearty enough to stand on their own.
Guests should start with the Chicken & Biscuits with sausage gravy and hot honey butter, New Orleans Cajun Shrimp with Creole sauce over toasted bread, Avocado Toast drizzled with extra virgin olive oil, and Baked Brie with Truffle-Honey Butter served with bread and orange marmalade.
The bowl lineup brings six hearty options, ranging from plant-based choices to Southern-inspired comfort food. Highlights include the vegan Orange Cauliflower in a sweet and savory glaze, Chicken Katsu with teriyaki sauce and vegetables over rice, and Southern Fried Chicken with classic sides.
The additions come just months after the restaurant introduced new items like the Double Smash Cheeseburger while removing 13 older dishes, including the Everything Flatbread Pizza and Seared Ahi Tuna Salad. Earlier swaps also included items such as Ahi Tuna & Shrimp Ceviche, Chicken and Jalapeno Fritters, and Japanese Whisky Sour.
With these latest updates, The Cheesecake Factory continues proving that its menu can always get bigger and tastier.
