Chipotle Rolls Out a High Protein Menu Built for Pre-Workouts and Post-Gym Hunger

Chipotle is giving its fans a new reason to visit this holiday season with the introduction of its first-ever high-protein menu.

The menu officially launched on Tuesday, December 23, in locations across the United States and Canada. The new selection was inspired by suggestions from fans, including one TikToker who recommended ordering a side of chicken as a quick and filling snack.

The new offerings feature items with protein counts ranging from 15 to 81 grams, making it easy for anyone looking to increase their daily intake. The High Protein Cup is the simplest option, featuring four ounces of adobo chicken or steak for a quick, protein-forward snack.

For customers looking for a more substantial meal, the Double High Protein Bowl is loaded with double portions of adobo chicken, light white rice, black beans, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, and extra romaine lettuce.

The High Protein-High Fiber Bowl combines adobo chicken with light brown rice, black beans, fajita veggies, roasted chili-corn salsa, fresh tomato salsa, and romaine lettuce, giving fans a balance of protein and fiber in every bite.

Salad lovers can also benefit from the new menu with the High Protein-Low Calorie Salad. It features adobo chicken, a supergreens lettuce mix, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, and guacamole. For burrito fans, the Double High Protein Burrito packs double adobo chicken, fresh tomato salsa, fajita veggies, Monterey Jack cheese, and romaine lettuce into a satisfying wrap.

Even tacos get a protein upgrade. The Adobo Chicken Taco comes with a soft flour tortilla filled with adobo chicken, fajita veggies, fresh tomato salsa, Monterey Jack cheese, and romaine lettuce.

Chipotle’s new protein-forward items make it easier than ever to enjoy familiar flavors while meeting nutritional goals.

Whether it’s a quick snack, a hearty bowl, a fresh salad, or a stuffed burrito, the new high-protein options provide variety and substance for anyone looking to fuel up.
