The documentary “Chris Brown: A History Of Violence” is set to premiere tonight, and fans can expect to see a dissection of his troubled past and recounted allegations of assault and abuse. One disturbing story in particular involves a Jane Doe, who name-drops Diddy in the doc.
According to the woman, the traumatic encounter occurred in December 2020, just shortly after she moved to Los Angeles to pursue her dance career. Luckily for her, an opportunity to join Diddy’s yacht arose, and that same night, she met Brown. As he is a high-profile artist, the woman saw this as a chance to network and elevate her career. But, allegedly, her night took a twisted turn.
“We had talked, and he had handed me a drink. I’m not even sure… this is when my memory starts getting a little bit weird,” Doe recalled.
She claimed that after drinking multiple drinks, she began to feel disoriented and heavy. Later on, the woman realized that she couldn’t move after Brown allegedly took her to a bedroom.
“Next thing I know, he was on top of me, and I couldn’t move, and I said ‘No,’” she added.
Following the incident, the woman admitted she kept in contact with the singer. It wasn’t until she attended therapy that she was able to understand what happened to her was considered sexual assault. The woman filed a lawsuit against the “Say Goodbye” star, but it was dismissed in 2022 due to “lack of prosecution” after text messages between her and Brown were uncovered. However, the woman’s attorney, Ariel Mitchell, rejoined the case and remains very supportive of her client.
“I adore my client, and I believe what happened to her is 100% true,” Mitchell says in the documentary.
Additionally, another accuser, Liziane Gutierrez, is also speaking out on the documentary to accuse Brown of assault. According to Gutierrez, she attended a party in 2016 in his Las Vegas hotel room. She claimed that she had taken a photo with her phone, which allegedly infuriated him. Gutierrez later filed a lawsuit against Brown, which was settled privately in 2017.
“Chris Brown punched me in the face,” Gutierrez said.
“Chris Brown: A History Of Violence” premieres Sunday, October 27th at 9:00 p.m. on Investigation Discovery.
