Bow Wow is speaking up for his longtime friend Chris Brown, who was arrested and detained in London over the weekend.
Brown was taken into custody in connection to a nightclub altercation that reportedly happened in 2023. He was arrested while overseas for his Breezy Bowl XX Tour and was scheduled to begin rehearsals in Manchester.
On Sunday, Bow Wow hopped on Instagram to show support, urging for Brown’s release.

“Free Breezy, Free Breezy, Free Breezy,” he said. “Y’all know we gonna get on it until it actually happens. It’s an unfortunate situation.”
Bow Wow explained that Brown had just arrived in Manchester to prepare for the tour when things took a turn. “They wouldn’t let my dog be great,” he said. “One thing I do know—he’ll be out in no time, back doing what he do best.”
He also added that Brown has been staying out of trouble and focusing on his fans and his family. “That man been out the media, the press for a minute. He just want to tour, please his fans, and take care of his kids… Shout out to my boy, Brown.”
As of now, Brown has been denied bond and will remain in custody until June. There’s no official word on whether his legal situation will delay or cancel the tour dates.
