Chris Brown Says He’s “Not Guilty”, Rejects DC Plea Deal

Chris Brown is looking a lot healthier since spending the last two months in rehab. Wearing a charcoal grey suit, a fresh shave and returning to his signature dark hair, the singer was allowed to go to DC where he would attend court for a Felony Assault case stemming from his arrest on October 27th. The charge was reduced to a misdemeanor but the singer still maintains his innocence, pleading “not guilty” in yesterday’s court appearance. 

If convicted of the simple assault charge in Washington Brown faces up to 180 days in jail, prosecutors said.
