Claressa Shields is ready to tackle motherhood.
The undefeated middleweight champion let fans in on her personal dreams this weekend, tweeting, “I can’t wait to get pregnant. You heaux gonna be so mad. Going to be crying in the car, punching the steering wheel crying.” She followed it up with, “The magic number is 4…. I want 4 kids.”
When one fan admitted they were scared of childbirth, Claressa replied playfully, “lol girl…:: i heard you just gotta breathe lol.”
Despite her dreams of becoming a parent, Shields continues to dominate inside the ring. She recently confirmed Laila Ali turned down a fight offer.
As for her personal life, rumors recently swirled about a split with rapper Papoose, but Shields quickly shut it down.
It’s unknown when the 30-year-old plans to start her family. However, she’d previously expressed wanting kids with Papoose after his marriage to Remy Ma was concluded. With more fights in the future, she’ll have to fit babies into her busy schedule.
