A judge decided there was sufficient reason for issuing a temporary restraining order prohibiting Columbus from approaching the neighbor, his wife, and his daughter within 15 yards.
In February, it was reported that Columbus was arrested after police were called to his home for a domestic violence dispute. He was charged with two misdemeanors, but they were later dismissed.
