Diddy is having a hard time behind bars, and now, the mogul is allegedly refusing to leave his jail cell.
Reports indicate that he is delaying proceedings in various sexual assault lawsuits, including two significant cases.
On December 30th, Tony Buzbee’s co-counsel filed documents stating that Diddy is “refusing to leave his cell to accept service,” which has caused a hold-up in the lawsuits. The attorney is now requesting that judges adjourn conferences set for January 10th, pushing them to February. However, it seems the legal teams have come to an agreement on how to move forward with the cases.

Diddy’s legal team has yet to respond to these claims. Meanwhile, the latest lawsuit accuses the Bad Boy founder of throwing wild parties and sexually harassing employees. Phillip Pines, a former assistant to Diddy, is suing for sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sex trafficking, alleging he was forced to assist in organizing parties, dubbed “Wild King Nights,” where he had to stock rooms with drugs, alcohol, and sex toys. Pines claims these parties sometimes lasted days, and after they ended, he would clean up bodily fluids, drugs, and other messes, tipping hotel staff to keep it quiet. Pines further alleges that Diddy forced him to have sex with a woman while he watched.
Diddy’s legal team strongly denies these allegations, stating, “No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted or sex trafficked anyone.”
Diddy’s criminal trial, including charges of racketeering and sex trafficking, is set for May 2025.
