Clayton Howard, a male escort who went by the alias “Dave,” is breaking his silence in a new federal lawsuit that claims Diddy and Cassie exploited him for years. Howard says the couple used him in a disturbing cycle of sex trafficking, drug abuse, and psychological manipulation, accusations that paint a grim picture of what allegedly went on behind closed doors.
According to the lawsuit, Howard says his involvement began in 2009 when he was hired for what Diddy called “freak-offs.” These were wild sexual gatherings involving multiple partners, drugs, and, Howard claims, a toxic environment shaped by Diddy and Cassie’s abusive relationship.
“They trafficked me for the purposes of commercial sex, using me as entertainment to satisfy their sexual fetishes and personal ambitions,” he said.
Howard alleges Cassie convinced him to take ecstasy and coerced him into repeated unprotected sex. He says that encounter led to him contracting a sexually transmitted disease.
“She continued having unprotected sex with me,” he added. Even more alarming, Howard claims Cassie became pregnant during their interactions and chose to have an abortion without telling him. “She aborted the pregnancy without telling me,” he stated.
But the trauma didn’t stop there. Howard says Cassie forced him into disturbing acts, including masturbation for hours on end.
“It resulted in tears, skin peeling, and scabbing to my penis,” he revealed.
The emotional toll was just as heavy. He accuses the pair of drugging and emotionally manipulating him over a five-year period. He now seeks damages for physical injuries, emotional distress, medical bills, and lost wages.
“I suffered pain and suffering, emotional distress and mental anguish, plus loss of enjoyment of life,” the lawsuit claims.
While Howard was never called to the stand, he was mentioned several times during testimony in Diddy’s recent federal trial. A federal agent described records of Howard’s stays at luxury hotels like the Four Seasons and flights between New York and Los Angeles, all allegedly paid for by Diddy.
Diddy, who was recently acquitted on racketeering and sex trafficking charges, was still found guilty of transporting escorts across state lines for the purpose of prostitution. He remains in custody and faces up to 20 years in prison at sentencing.
As of now, neither Diddy’s legal team nor Cassie’s has issued a public response.
