Day 24 of Diddy’s federal trial took a nasty turn when jurors were shown clips from three alleged “freak-off” videos linked to the music mogul. The courtroom was silent as prosecutors presented what they say are visual confirmations of Diddy’s controversial sex parties, allegedly involving Cassie and male escorts.
The Justice Department’s special agent verified a list of hotels where these events reportedly took place. Each video, running approximately 11 to 12 minutes, was shown privately to the jury. Headphones were distributed for audio, keeping the footage and sound away from the public and press.
Still, witnesses in the gallery could hear moaning and other sounds seeping from jurors’ headphones. One older woman on the jury appeared visibly shaken, shaking her head during the viewing. Another juror, a man, leaned in, watching closely with his chin on his hand. A younger juror broke the silence with a stifled giggle as the first video appeared.
Jurors were only shown brief portions, about 30 seconds from each tape, but it left a strong impression. The courtroom atmosphere shifted as these explicit details brought a new dimension to the ongoing trial.
This development follows earlier revelations involving texts and hotel bookings that prosecutors say show a pattern of sexually exploitative behavior. Diddy continues to deny all allegations and has not yet taken the stand.
