Diddy’s lawyer firmly states that the individuals referred to as minors in Monday’s lawsuit are actually adults.
As reported by TMZ, Diddy’s lawyer, Shawn Holley, has confirmed that two women have come forward to clarify their involvement in Rodney Jones’ recent legal claim against Diddy. The claim contained various allegations, including accusations of partying with underage girls.
The lawsuit alleges that Rodney included photos showing Diddy and his son Justin with women labeled as minors at a party Diddy hosted in L.A. last summer. The faces in the photos were obscured, possibly suggesting they were underage. However, Holley clarifies that two of the depicted women are adults.
According to Holley, one of the women, named Chelsea, a 33-year-old mother, contacted her to clarify the situation. Chelsea feels she has been unfairly labeled and that her presence with Diddy that night was misunderstood.
Additionally, Holley disputes the lawsuit’s claim regarding Justin being with underage girls, stating that the woman with the obscured face in the photo is actually Justin’s 32-year-old girlfriend, Stephanie Rao. TMZ acquired an alleged unedited version of the photo from Rodney’s lawsuit, showing Justin’s girlfriend, Stephanie Rao. Another photo from the same night supports this claim.
Holley views this as evidence of carelessness in assembling the complaint by Rodney and his lawyers.
Moreover, Holley addressed Rodney’s claim about Diddy and Justin’s involvement in a Hollywood studio shooting, an allegation he claimed Diddy covered up. Law enforcement sources indicate that the narrative presented to the police that night led to arrests, with the suspects currently awaiting trial.
The police believe the gunshot victim was targeted by two individuals, Rudolph Flowers and Laron Bundley, suspected in various crimes in Los Angeles, including follow-home robberies, around 3:30 AM outside the studio during an attempted robbery. Diddy was not present when officers arrived.
Holley believes this will further undermine Rodney’s lawsuit as details are scrutinized.
Rodney’s attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, responded to TMZ, “Thanks to Shawn Holley, Sean Combs and Justin Combs are on a fast track to the same fate as Tory Lanez and Danny Masterson.”
