Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs has listed his Beverly Hills estate for $61.5 million, just six months after Homeland Security agents raided it in connection with a reported sex trafficking investigation. The property, located in the exclusive Holmby Hills neighborhood, is billed as one of the area’s “most spectacular and beautiful estates. ” It features 10 bedrooms and 13 bathrooms across 17,000 square feet of luxury living space.
If Diddy, 54, sells the property at his asking price, he stands to make a significant profit—$20.5 million more than the $39 million he reportedly paid for the home in 2014.
The rapper’s decision to sell comes on the heels of a reported raid by federal agents in March 2024, which targeted both his Beverly Hills mansion and his waterfront home in Miami. While few details have been made public about the nature of the raid, multiple sources have indicated it was part of an ongoing sex trafficking investigation. Two insiders told NBC News that investigators plan to present evidence against Combs to a grand jury in New York.
Despite the controversy surrounding the property, Diddy appears confident that the asking price reflects its value. The estate offers numerous high-end amenities, including a bar, wine cellar, gym, indoor sauna, pool, and a “state-of-the-art theatre” that can seat 35 people. Classic European details are featured throughout, and the stunning grounds boast a resort-style swimming pool with a waterfall and grotto, formal gardens, a basketball court, and a spa house.
The listing emphasizes that the property will only be shown to “prequalified clients,” meaning potential buyers must prove they have the financial means to afford the luxurious estate.
Diddy’s Miami mansion, also part of his real estate portfolio, was previously owned by Gloria and Emilio Estefan and cost him $35 million in 2021. The exclusive Star Island property spans 1.34 acres with two buildings, offering six combined bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and nearly 8,000 square feet of living space with breathtaking waterfront views. Diddy also owns the neighboring property, which he purchased 18 years ago for $14.5 million.
