Dior has officially reopened its freshly renovated New York City flagship, just steps away from where Christian Dior first planted roots in the city back in 1948. Nestled on the corner of 57th Street and Madison Avenue, the newly imagined “House of Dior” spans four luxurious floors.
Architect Peter Marino, globally recognized for his iconic luxury retail designs, led the redesign with a vision for a “pared-down yet warm” environment. The sleek white stone exterior is flanked by soaring floor-to-ceiling windows, giving a peek into an extravagant garden landscape created by Peter Wirtz. Inside, visitors can browse the latest in women’s and men’s ready-to-wear, leather goods, fragrances, and jewelry, under the creative direction of Jonathan Anderson.
The fourth floor introduces something completely new to U.S. shoppers: the first-ever Dior Spa in the United States. This high-end sanctuary features Dior Measurements, an advanced skincare analysis tool that checks collagen, hydration, pH, and elasticity. Clients can book a range of treatments, including Cold Laser, Ultrasound, LED, Microcurrent, Cryotherapy, Oxygen Infusion facials, and serotonin-boosting “Happiness” sessions.
Right around the corner, Dior fans will find another first: a standalone Dior Maison boutique. This space offers one-of-a-kind home pieces like floral vases, bronze trays, brass candlesticks, and handcrafted wooden watch boxes.
