The man known online as the DL Whisperer is breaking his silence from behind bars as his legal situation tied to Ts Madison continues to unfold.

In a video posted to Instagram, the social media personality says he is currently being held in isolation while dealing with the fallout from his arrest over an alleged protective order violation. “I’m fighting for my freedom right now… I’m sitting in solitary confinement,” he says in the clip. “I really, really need y’all… I cannot do this alone.”
The case stems from a series of videos he allegedly recorded while driving past Ts Madison’s residence, where he is accused of making threatening remarks. Those posts quickly became a key factor in the protective order filed against him.
Even with the accusations mounting, he is pushing back against the narrative. He denies any wrongdoing and suggests his current treatment while in custody is unjust. His message, however, leans less defensive and more forward-looking.
“Eventually, I will be free. And we’re going to be back to doing what I was doing before,” he says toward the end of the video, signaling confidence despite the legal pressure.
