A Georgia Superior Court judge has issued a 12-month stalking protective order against DL Whisperer, whose real name is Naquan Palmer, following a hearing connected to TS Madison’s stalking case, according to certified court records.
The decision came after the court reviewed testimony, evidence, and the petition filed in the matter. After examining the case, the judge ruled that Palmer knowingly violated Georgia’s stalking statute.
Court records state the judge determined that Palmer “knowingly and willfully violated Georgia’s stalking statute (O.C.G.A. §16-5-90).” The court also found that his conduct placed TS Madison “in reasonable fear for her safety,” which meets the legal requirement for a stalking protective order under Georgia law.
Because of those findings, the protective order will remain in effect for twelve months and is set to expire on March 3, 2027, unless the court modifies or dismisses it earlier.
Under the order, Palmer is legally prohibited from contacting TS Madison in any form. The court barred direct contact, indirect communication through other individuals, and outreach through phone calls, email, fax, or other electronic communication. The judge also added handwritten language clarifying that the restriction includes all interaction through social media platforms.
In addition, Palmer must remain at least 500 yards away from TS Madison, her immediate family, her residence, her workplace, and any school or regular locations associated with her.
The order applies statewide and can be enforced by law enforcement agencies throughout Georgia.
The case has already taken a serious legal turn. Social media personality Naquan Tydree-Malik Palmer, known online as the DL Whisperer, was previously arrested on a felony aggravated stalking charge connected to the dispute. Authorities said the charge stems from an alleged violation of a court-issued protective order tied to the situation.
Under Georgia law, aggravated stalking is a felony offense that can carry a prison sentence of one to ten years if a person is convicted.
Meanwhile, TS Madison’s attorney, Alexandra L. Cohen of Terrence Bradley Law Office, LLC, also filed an affidavit requesting $6,375 in attorney’s fees for work performed on the case.
