Donald Trump Jr. wasted no time turning Joe Biden’s cancer diagnosis into a conspiracy theory.
Hours after Biden’s team revealed he had been diagnosed with an aggressive form of prostate cancer on Friday, Trump Jr. jumped on X to question how Jill Biden, a longtime educator and Biden’s wife of nearly five decades, could’ve missed the signs or if she helped cover it up altogether.
“What I want to know is how did Dr. Jill Biden miss stage five metastatic cancer or is this yet another coverup???” he posted on Sunday, just after the official announcement went public.
Before the attack, Trump Jr. shared what looked like a sympathetic post, reposting a message that read, “Joe Biden has been diagnosed with prostate cancer. Politics aside, we wish him a speedy recovery!” with his own caption: “Agreed 100%.”

But that didn’t last.
When a follower replied, “This is an effort to push the fact Joe was running the country as a vegetable under the rug,” Trump Jr. responded, “Without question.”
He went even further on Monday, accusing the White House of a full-blown cover-up.
“Joe says he had cancer 2 years ago & everyone said it’s a gaffe. When he clearly had dementia, everyone said he’s lucid. Now that he’s no longer useful they’re all shocked that they missed it,” he wrote. “Everyone was in on the cover-up! Who was running the country? We need accountability!”

The backlash comes just days after it was confirmed that a small nodule was found on Biden’s prostate during a routine checkup, leading to further tests and the official diagnosis.
