Earlier this week, a process server for Nicole Young attempted to serve Dr. Dre with legal documents at the cemetery where his grandmother was buried.
According to TMZ, there was a dispute over the location of where Dre was confronted by the process server. Sources close to Dre say that he was approached at the burial site when he was standing by his grandmother’s casket. But according to sources close to Nicole Young, he was served in the cemetery’s parking lot after the burial.
It’s reported that Dre was pissed and that he refused to accept the documents in hand. Sources say that the process server placed the documents near the gravesite, but Nicole’s sources say they were allegedly dropped in the parking lot.
According to the documents, Nicole’s legal bills were to be paid. The judge signed an order stating that he owed $1,550,000 in total. Dre believes the price was calculated incorrectly, but Nicole says the order is clear and Dre owes $1,224,567 in back taxes.
The judge’s final order of $1,550,000 was contained in the legal documents that were served.
