Drake has launched a hilarious social media trolling attack against Charlamagne tha God.
Champagne Papi has seemingly been in his feelings since Charlamagne gave his honest opinion about the new record, “Slime You Out” featuring SZA. During the most recent episode of his “Brilliant Idiots” podcast, around the 1:06 hour mark, Charlamagne told co-host Andrew Schultz that “nobody cared” about the single, which was released Friday. The radio host insinuated that this was cause for concern and was expecting something more lyrical from his forthcoming album, “For All the Dogs.” This clearly did not sit well with Drizzy, who took to Instagram to issue his own rendition of Donkey of the Day.
On his IG Story, Drake shared the first image of Charlamagne with the caption, “It’s 3 sexual orientations out here.” He then shared two other photos of “The Breakfast Club” star, one with the words “In deep thought about how you the off brand Morris Chestnut.”
In a separate post, Drake called out the media personality by name, slamming him for his opinion on the Toronto lyricist.
“Are you ok Lenard?? You kinda weirding me out g. Like you really obsessed with me or something for years, like you look in the mirror and wish you saw my reflection type sh**. Whatever you gotta do to let it out, I’m sure your 435 loyal fans will stand by you, ya f****** goof,” he wrote in the now-deleted lengthier post.
Charlamagne was only made aware of Drake’s comments during Monday’s episode of “The Breakfast Club.” However, he played it off, trolling back at Drake, claiming they plan their internet beefs around his music rollouts. Still, Charlamagne stood on his stance that he was not fond of the “Slime You Out” single.
Well, it looks like we can expect more spicy feuds between these two going forward.
