The Minnesota Timberwolves prepare to face off with the Oklahoma City Thunder for Game One of the Western Conference Championship. Anthony Edwards has led the way, but his counterpart, Julius Randle, included a 30-point triple-double in Game Three. The averages within the five-game second-round series for Randle were consistent—averaging 25 points, seven assists, and six rebounds.

Draymond Green, in the latest episode of his podcast, The Draymond Green Show, spoke about how impressed he was with Randle’s play during the series, admitting that he felt like he had lost his matchup—which he did, without a shadow of a doubt.
“Julius is incredible,” Green told Baron Davis on the latest episode of The Draymond Green Show. “I think that was my 34th playoff series, but I could be off by one or two, give or take, each way. The only other playoff series where I felt like I lost my matchup like that was Toronto. I lost my matchup to Pascal Siakam… Julius was incredible, and honestly, the tone of the shots he was taking were shots you want him to take—and he made them.”
Randle shot 53% from the field and 95% from the free throw line last series. Dialed in, to say the least. Take a look at the video of Green praising Randle.
