One of Elon Musk’s children has filed legal documents to change her name and declare her gender identity since she wants nothing to do with her father.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Xavier Musk moved to change her name to Vivian Jenna Wilson in Los Angeles County after turning 18 in April.
The court documents say she wants to be recognized as a female, but her name change isn’t just about her transition.
According to reports, Vivian’s reason for changing her name is “Gender Identity and the fact that I no longer live with or wish to be related to my biological father in any way, shape, or form.”
Elon and Vivian have never spoken publicly about their relationship or Vivian’s transition.
Vivian’s name change hearing is scheduled for Friday.
