Florida Man Arrested For Allegedly Stealing 66 Rolls of Toilet Paper from Hotel During Coronavirus Outbreak

A Florida man has been arrested for allegedly stealing 66 rolls of toilet paper from an Orlando-area hotel.

A security guard at Marriott Hotel on World Center Drive in Orlando saw the hotel cleaner, Angel Hernandezcinto, 31, pushing a trash can towards his van and placed a large garbage bag inside his vehicle and walked back into the hotel.

While Hernandezcinto was inside the hotel, the guard looked inside the van and allegedly noticed the bag was full of unused toilet paper from the hotel, according to an arrest report obtained by Fox 35.

The hotel called the police, and Hernandezcinto admitted to taking the toilet paper. According to the police report, the toilet paper was for a family of an unemployed friend.

Angel Hernandezcinto has been charged with theft from a public lodging establishment, a third-degree felony, according to online arrest records. He has since then been released.
