TMZ has obtained video footage showing the moment Sean “Diddy” Combs was arrested by federal agents earlier this week at the Park Hyatt New York hotel.

The video shows the disgraced music mogul entering the hotel lobby in a black trench coat with his entourage before being stopped by law enforcement. Federal agents moved quickly, separating Diddy from his team, who seemed visibly caught off guard and unsure of what was happening. Moments later, the footage shows Diddy in handcuffs, escorted through the hotel hallway and out the front door, with bystanders on the street looking on.

Since his arrest, more details have emerged about the serious charges Combs is facing. The Bad Boy founder is charged with three felony counts, including sex trafficking, in a case that federal prosecutors say involves years of sexual exploitation and abuse.

On Wednesday, Combs was denied bail for the second time. U.S. District Judge Andrew Carter cited concerns that he might interfere with witnesses in the case.

The judge rejected a proposed $50 million bail package that included home detention, regular drug tests, and a ban on female visitors. Judge Carter emphasized that the government had proven Diddy to be a danger and noted that the bail package wouldn’t stop him from potentially tampering with witnesses.

Prosecutors allege that Diddy organized and orchestrated “Freak Offs”—drug-fueled sex parties where both women and male sex workers were exploited. The indictment claims these events sometimes lasted for days, and Diddy often recorded them. There are also accusations that he used threats, violence, and blackmail to keep victims silent, sometimes enlisting his associates to carry out acts of coercion, including kidnapping.

Diddy has pleaded not guilty to the charges, but for now, he remains in federal custody.
