Ford has issued a recall of more than 737,000 vehicles over oil leaks and trailer brakes, which the company says could be a fire hazard.

Oil leaks and faulty trailer braking systems have led to a massive Ford recall, Fox 29 reports. The oil leak issue has affected Ford Escape SUVs from 2020 to 2022 and the 2021 and 2022 Bronco Sport SUV with 1.5 liters.

As for the trailer braking recall, the included vehicles are F-150 pickups from 2021 and 2022, along with the 2022 F-250, 350, 450 and 550. The recall also affected the 2022 Maverick pickup, and Ford Expedition and Lincoln Navigator SUVs. Fox 29 reports a software error may have caused the braking issue, which could lead to a crash if not fixed.

Dealerships are expected to replace housing if needed, and owners will be made aware of the update by April 18, reports Fox 29.
