He was booked just after 9 p.m. Monday night at the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center, according to jail records.
Additional details of the arrest have not been made public.
This isn’t the first time Harty found himself in trouble with the law.
Just last August, the ex-reality TV star was arrested in connection to an alleged domestic violence incident involving a girlfriend. He was charged with battery and kidnapping after the woman claimed she went to his Brickell, Miami apartment building on July 22 to drop off his shoes. The victim claims she tossed the shoes at Harty when he opened the door, he then grabbed her, slammed her to the ground and punched her in the mouth. The arrest report stated Harty dragged her by the hair and stopped her from leaving the apartment before she was able to break away and run to an elevator.
Harty has also made headlines for being involved in a fight with Tory Lanez at LIV nightclub in 2019. He accused the singer and his crew of attacking him in the altercation where he suffered “blunt force trauma to his head, neck, chest, and back, and suffered from multiple contusions and bruises to his body.”
A year later, Harty was assaulted again in a different nightclub by someone from Lanez’s crew.
Prince has since sued Lanez for unspecified damages.
