As one of the top rappers in the game, Future is celebrating another successful year.
The rapper recently invested in a $7.5 million Bentley-branded condo in Sunny Isles Beach, Fla., just outside of Miami.
It is alleged that Future is in talks to purchase the beachside apartment at the up-scale Bentley Residence from Dezer Development CEO Gil Dezer.
With 216 units, this 62-story building is set to be completed in 2027. Featuring a three-story lobby with ocean views, a gym, spa, pool, and a whiskey bar.
Residents will enjoy its gaming area, cigar lounge, and 14-seat movie theater.
The rappers unit will have three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, spread over 6,000 square feet, and will undoubtedly be the most extravagant in the futuristic building.
Additionally, his new residence has a 1,500-square-foot, four-car sky garage and a private pool on the terrace.
“The Dezervator [a patented elevator] takes you and your car straight to your unit — you can see the cars from your living room, thanks to a glass divider from the garage,” says Dezer.
