The woman who drove Eric Holder to murder Nipsey Hussle testified this week, detailing the series of events that led up to the killing.

On Monday, Bryannita Nicholson testified that she had no idea Holder, with whom she’d been in a casual relationship, wanted to kill Nip when she drove him to the South Los Angeles shopping center where the Marathon Clothing store is located. Nicholson claimed that when she spotted Hussle, she was eager to take a photo with him. Holder exited the car before her and walked towards the “Double Up” star. When she joined them, she heard Holder speaking with Nip about snitching allegations that he’d made.

“Eric was asking Nipsey, ‘Did you tell somebody I snitched?'” Nicholson shared. Eventually, the woman was able to grab a quick selfie with Nipsey before going back to her car to post it on Facebook. People would later flood the picture’s comments with news that Nipsey died.

According to Nicholson, Holder then walked into Master Burger, a restaurant inside the plaza. He soon joined the 35-year-old woman in the car with his food and asked her to drive around the block. At that point, she observed Holder pull out a black semi-automatic handgun, load its magazine, and attach it. She demanded that he put the gun away, which he did. After pulling into an alley behind the Marathon Clothing store, Holder told her he’d be right back and not to leave before hastily jumping out of the vehicle. Moments later, she heard the gunshots and feared that Holder had been shot. However, he quickly returned to the car and instructed her to flee.

When she learned Nipsey’s fate, she admitted that she began to suspect Holder was the killer. Yet, she still picked him up and allowed him to come to her home that night.

Video evidence also contradicted some parts of Nicholson’s testimony. In a clip shown in court, Holder is seen going into the burger restaurant first and then walking up to Nipsey minutes later. When confronted with this discrepancy on the stand, Nicholson admitted she didn’t actually see Holder’s initial actions but assumed he’d approached Nipsey before getting the food. She also said that Holder placed his food on top of a red truck when he returned to the shopping center. Surveillance video confirmed that the truck was white.

Nicholson has been granted immunity for her testimony. Eric Holder faces life in prison.
