Ghislaine Maxwell has some strict restrictions once she’s released from prison.
After being found guilty in Jeffery Epstein’s sex trafficking case, a judge set strict restrictions for Maxwell. For at least five years, Maxwell can’t have any contact with anyone under 18 unless she gets prior approval from the U.S. Probation Office.
Maxwell also cannot be within 100 feet of places regularly frequented by minors, such as schoolyards and playgrounds. In addition, the court documents state Maxwell can’t view and or access any web profile of a user under the age of 18.
The supervised release comes after Maxwell was found guilty on 5 of the six counts she faced in her sex trafficking trial. Maxwell was accused of sex trafficking, soliciting, and grooming minors for sex crimes.
The 60-year-old was sentenced to twenty years behind bars and five years of supervised release once she’s out. She will also have to enter a sex offender treatment program.
