Diddy’s ex-girlfriend, Virginia “Gina” Huynh, is making a shocking revelation about her role in his case.
The aspiring influencer, who was referred to as “Victim 3” in Diddy’s federal sex trafficking case, sent a powerful letter to the judge defending the music mogul, after publicly showing support for his release. It has now been revealed that in the letter, Gina admitted that prosecutors pressured her into claiming she was a victim, despite her repeated denials.
“I told them I wasn’t a victim,” she wrote, stating she fully cooperated with authorities by meeting with them three times and handing over all her evidence, including photos, videos, and text messages.
Even with that cooperation, she says they pushed her to say she was trafficked and forced into prostitution by Diddy. Gina insists that’s not her truth and says she never engaged in prostitution or felt trafficked by him or anyone else. She claims she was willing to testify and clarify everything on the stand, but was never called. Previously, the prosecution told the court they couldn’t reach her or her attorney.
Diddy is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday morning at 10 AM ET for his prostitution convictions. His legal team is hoping for a 14-month sentence, while prosecutors want no less than 11 years.
