Amid her longstanding legal battle with her ex-husband and baby daddy, Matt Barnes, former “Basketball Wives” star #GloriaGovan has found herself in the middle of another lawsuit over a nightclub she owned.
In documents obtained by The Blast, Levi McIntosh said the incident occurred on April 6, 2016, at Govan’s Oakland sports bar, E One Entertainment.
He said he was invited to the club that night, and while there, he slipped and fell down a “dangerous and defective staircase on the premises.”

According to McIntosh, the stairs were painted with a glossy paint, which caused it to be slippery and dangerous. He said he sustained several permanent and severe injuries to his hip, shoulder and arm.

As a result, McIntosh is suing Govan and her family for negligence and he is demanding more than $25,000 for lost wages, hospital and medical expenses and loss of future wages.
