GloRilla is putting the past behind her when it comes to Young Thug’s viral jailhouse gossip. During a September phone call with his girlfriend Mariah the Scientist, which leaked online months later, Thug laughed at the idea of GloRilla being compared to Rihanna and joked that she wasn’t his type.
The comments quickly caught fire on social media, and GloRilla didn’t stay quiet. She dropped a cheeky diss track titled “Brianna,” where she mocked both Thug and Mariah, even comparing Thug to a “freaky frog” and “Jamaican Vegeta.
Still, despite the playful jabs, GloRilla recently told Complex that it’s all love now.
“We cool,” she said, explaining that she didn’t take the comments too seriously and isn’t one to hold grudges unless it’s something major.
Young Thug later apologized publicly. Now, fans are even speculating about a future collab between the two Southern stars. GloRilla didn’t confirm anything yet but said, “We’ll see about it.”
