In addition to the alleged physical abuse she endured, Gunplay’s wife, Vonshae Taylor-Morales, now says his cocaine abuse caused their daughter’s heart defect.
The influencer went live to address their daughter’s ongoing health issues. Months ago, the couple launched a GoFundMe to help pay for a lifesaving procedure for their child, which has caused controversy. Nevertheless, Vonshae says much of the health issues could have been avoided had Gunplay refrained from using narcotics.
“The reason for my daughter’s heart defect is because of his drug abuse history. He was the cause of her defect. Ya’ll can Google this,” she explained during an Instagram Live session while getting her makeup done.
She explained that Gunplay continued using cocaine and Ketamine, which he allegedly overdosed on twice. Vonshae says she was unaware that her husband was back on drugs. Instead, he would tell her that he was having allergy issues. This is the latest revelation in their ugly separation.
Back in August, Vonshae accused the MMG affiliate of pointing a gun at her as she held their infant. The terrifying moment took place when she asked him to turn down the television while he played video games. She also shared a video of him destroying a television in their home while in a fit of rage. Gunplay also allegedly broke a porcelain sink in their home after Vonshae decided to leave him. She has since been granted a restraining order as their divorce pushes forward, though Vonshae has accused him of refusing to sign the papers.
