Ice-T finds it pretty odd that Lenny Kravitz has managed to go nearly a decade without sex.
In a recent interview with The Guardian, Kravitz opened up about his nine-year celibacy, which began after his last serious relationship. Ice-T got wind of this and took to X (formerly Twitter) on May 30 to share his thoughts.
“9 years without sex? F that BS. Weirdo shit,” Ice-T wrote, though he later deleted the tweet. However, he continued the conversation with his fans. When one user pointed out that it’s Kravitz’s personal journey and not weird, Ice-T responded, “F that Journey…. lol.” He then added, “Hey….. If you’re a Guy and you can voluntarily go 9 years without sex… You’re following the wrong page..”
When another person asked why he was being judgmental, Ice-T replied, “Shit’s Weird to me….. I love to Fuck. A lot.”
Despite his strong opinions, Ice-T has a well-established career as a pioneer of gangster rap, with tracks like “6 in the Mornin’” and “High Rollers” that often carry moral messages. His friend Chuck D recently highlighted this on X, noting that Ice-T’s songs aim to steer people away from the gangster life, despite its initial allure.
Ice-T agreed, stating, “The Streets are VERY exciting and attractive to an outsider. The FLASH of the Hustler and the Game… But I’ve always tried to tell em that ‘It’s Fun in the beginning, But it’s PAIN in the end..'”
