International Delight is voluntarily recalling two flavors of its coffee creamer after reports of illness and spoilage. The recall, initiated by parent company Danone North America on February 21, 2025, affects more than 75,000 bottles, according to an enforcement report from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The FDA has since classified the recall as Class II, indicating that while the use of the product could result in “temporary or medically reversible adverse health consequences,” the risk of serious health issues is low.
The recall includes 32-fluid-ounce bottles of International Delight Cinnabon Classic Cinnamon Roll Coffee Creamer and Hazelnut Coffee Creamer. In total, 46,482 bottles of the Cinnabon creamer and 28,572 bottles of the Hazelnut creamer are impacted.
Product Details:
- Cinnabon Creamer: UPC code 0 41271 01993 3, with a “best by” date of July 3, 2025.
- Hazelnut Creamer: UPC code 0 41271 02565 2, with a “best by” date of July 2, 2025.
Both products share the plant code 51-4114 R-S.
Danone has not publicly disclosed how many consumers may have been affected by the spoilage or illness, but the company has stated it received complaints regarding the issue.
The recalled creamers were distributed to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
Consumers are advised to check their products for the listed UPC codes and expiration dates. Those in possession of affected creamers should discard them. For more information or concerns about the recall, consumers can visit the FDA’s official website.
