Rapper Jeezy and TV host JeannieĀ Mai are reportedly headed for divorce.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Consitution, the Atlanta rapper, given name Jay Jenkins, filed for divorce Thursday at a Fulton County Court.
Court documents indicated that the couple had already separated prior to the filing.
The report also revealed the two had a prenuptial agreement in place.
Jenkins is seeking joint legal custody of their one-year-old daughter Monaco Mai-Jenkins.
In 2019, Jeezy and the former co-host of The Real officially confirmed their long-speculated romantic relationship by going IG official. By April 2020, they announced their engagement, and in March 2021, they got married in an intimate wedding at their Georgia home.
