Jonathan Majors is stepping back into the spotlight, but not on a movie set. The actor is making a public appearance at the Famous Monsters Fest at Valley Forge Casino Resort in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, from September 13th to 15th. Fans attending the event can get an autograph from Majors for $140 or a professionally shot photograph for $160.
This appearance comes a few months after Majors was sentenced to a 52-week domestic violence intervention program, along with continued mental health counseling, following his conviction in December for reckless assault in the third degree and harassment after an altercation with his former girlfriend.
For the Famous Monsters Fest, Majors will join other stars such as “Star Trek” icon George Takei, original KISS drummer Peter Criss, and Andy Serkis, known for his roles in “The Lord of the Rings” and “Planet of the Apes.” His appearance seems to be generating interest, with his autograph priced $40 higher than Serkis’, making him one of the marquee names at the event.
The convention marks a new chapter for Majors as he navigates his career following recent setbacks. His decision to appear at this event has sparked mixed reactions from fans. Some see it as a way for the actor to re-engage with his audience and move forward, while others are still reflecting on his past legal troubles. Despite the divided opinions, Majors appears to be focusing on reconnecting with his fans in person.
