Kandi Burruss Pushes to Seal Divorce Docs Before the Drama Spills Out Publicly

Kandi Burruss wants her family matters off the record. The “Real Housewives of Atlanta” alum filed a motion requesting that all divorce documents and proceedings with Todd Tucker be sealed to protect their children, Ace and Blaze.

According to Us Weekly, she says their careers in entertainment expose them to intense public scrutiny and that their children should be shielded from it.

This comes just days after Todd asked for primary custody, claiming Kandi’s busy work schedule keeps her away from the kids. While he acknowledged Kandi is a great mother, he made it clear he’s ready to step up if needed.

The two are also clashing over their prenuptial agreement. Todd argues he was rushed into signing it right before their 2014 wedding without proper legal counsel. Kandi clapped back, saying Bravo cameras filmed the whole negotiation, and Todd agreed to it on camera.

Todd has yet to respond to Kandi’s request to seal the case.
