Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss really enjoys working on the show but says if Phaedra Parks makes a comeback, that would be a dealbreaker for her.
Burruss recently sat down for an interview on the It’s Tricky with Raquel Harper podcast, where she opened up about her time on RHOA. She told Raq that working on the show allows her the time to pursue other things she’s passionate about.
However, when the host asked her how she would feel if her former friend returned, her whole demeanor changed almost immediately.
“What if they brought Phaedra back? Would you still be on the show?” Raq asks.
To which Burruss immediately responds with an emphatic “No!” According to her, their friendship is not fixable at this point.
“I don’t think she and I need to interact,” she continued.
The two fell out during season eight of RHOA after Parks accused Burruss of not supporting her during her breakup with Apollo Nida. In the following seasons, things deteriorated further when Parks admitted to telling Porsha Williams that Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker allegedly planned to drug Williams and have sex with her. Burruss denied the allegations, and Parks was fired from the show.
