Back in June, Kim Kardashian helped free Alice Johnson, a 63-year-old grandmother serving life for a nonviolent drug offense, with a successful petition to Donald Trump to commute her sentence.
Three months later, Kardashian took on a new case, and once again, took to the White House to discuss the terms of release, prison reform and more.
But now, as things heat up on the political front, with her continued crusade to help free nonviolent offenders and her husband’s potential campaign for president, Kardashian is looking to educate herself on the ins-and-outs of the law.
In fact, according to her husband, the reality star has enrolled in Law School to further her education.
“My wife is in law school now and it’s extremely serious to us,” Kanye West told Extra during New York Fashion Week’s Ralph Lauren celebration, as the two dished on Kardashian’s recent political feats.
“I love it, I love it,” West said. “That’s all we focus on, helping people that don’t have a voice, breaking down the class systems.”
”There’s two million African Americans incarcerated now…We’re going to get people out, period,” he continued.

While the details of Kardashian’s law school enrollment remain unclear, it’s always been something she wanted to do in her older age, despite not having a degree.

“If things slow down and I had time, I really want to go to law school,” Kardashian previously told Wonderland Magazine. “Just something I can do in my older age.”
