Karlie Redd is putting a major legal case behind her.
Months after being arrested and booked on burglary charges, the “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” star no longer has that legal cloud hanging over her. Prosecutors in DeKalb County have decided to walk away from the case, filing a nolle prosequi order that brings it all to a close.
According to the filing, “While probable cause exists, the State is unable to prove the case beyond a reasonable doubt.”
Karlie has been claiming innocence from day one and believes the arrest stemmed from personal issues involving her ex-husband.
“I want to clearly state that I was never guilty of the allegations made against me. These claims were completely untrue, and I was unfairly targeted by false statements made by my ex-husband,” she said in a statement.
She also took time to thank the people in her corner during the ordeal.
“The dismissal of all charges confirms the truth. I am thankful for my legal team, my family, my supporters, and everyone who stood by me during this difficult time,” the 52-year-old added.
Karlie has been a fixture on “Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta” since it debuted in 2012 and remains deeply involved with the show.
She married Now That’s TV founder Teleau Belton, also known as T. Davinci, in September 2024. Their marriage was short-lived, with the settlement finalized in September 2025.
