Kate Middleton has reappeared as footage shows her shopping with Prince William.
TMZ recently reported a video capturing William and Kate’s shopping excursion. The footage, seemingly shot from afar, depicts the Princess of Wales dressed casually, wearing black leggings and a zip-up athletic jacket featuring vibrant hot pink accents. Her lengthy hair is worn down and sleek as she gracefully carries a shopping bag. Notably, Kate exhibited no indications of discomfort or distress stemming from her surgery.
News of Kate’s sighting initially surfaced following a report by The Sun, stating that she had visited Windsor Farm Shop, located roughly a mile from Adelaide Cottage, where she has been recovering since her abdominal surgery. The outlet described Kate as appearing “happy, relaxed, and healthy” during the outing, although no images were available to verify this. Kensington Palace has announced that the 42-year-old isn’t expected to make any public appearances on behalf of the royal family until at least the beginning of April, as she continues her recovery until Easter.
This sighting follows the release of two blurry paparazzi photos earlier this month, which were scrutinized and labeled as fake by online conspiracy theorists. Additionally, the princess shared a photo of herself with her children on the UK’s Mother’s Day. However, it was later withdrawn by photo agencies due to apparent evidence of heavy-handed photoshopping. Kate later apologized for her amateur photo editing skills.
“Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing,” Kate wrote in a statement posted on X. “I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused. I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day. C.”
