The ex-husband of “Real Housewives of Atlanta” newbie Kelli Ferrell is sending serious shots at Bravo.
Chuvalo “Mark” Ferrell spoke up during a press conference outside Rockdale County Courthouse, where he announced plans to sue Bravo and others over how his divorce was portrayed on “RHOA” Season 16.
“Today I end my silence,” Mark stated. “For three years. I watched my name dragged through the mud, my business stolen, my home taken, my children withheld, and my dignity attacked.”
The couple’s split was finalized in September 2024 after years of legal drama, including child support issues and a battle over their restaurant, Nana’s Chicken-N-Waffles. Additionally, Kelli has accused Mark of domestic violence.
But Mark claims his ex and Bravo turned their issues into primetime entertainment.
“She wants to keep me down because without that storyline, she loses her platform,” he said. “And Bravo, your hands are not clean. You gave airtime to lies that you knew could not be sustained.”
Mark also accused the network of airing footage of their daughter without his consent and building a false narrative for drama.
“This is defamation,” he declared. “I intend to sue every party that has played a role in this.”
Mark says his lawsuit goes beyond personal revenge, calling it a fight for “judicial accountability, abuse of power, racial bias in family courts, and the influence of entertainment media on legal proceedings.”
Kelli has not spoken publicly about Mark’s press conference.
